BROADWAY DANCE CENTER
Broadway Dance Center (BDC) is one of the oldest and major training hubs for dancers in Tokyo. Established in 1984, BDC has been training dancers from all around the country and the world with world-class faculty members. We seek people who are passionate about dance who take pride in offering quality educational experiences to our clients in the live arts community.

BDC PILATES
Established in 2016, BDC PILATES, Japan's first group reformer focused studios, is an offspring of Broadway Dance Center and has been keen on bringing intrinsic quality pilates lessons to our clientele. We seek people who believe in intrinsic values of human bodies and movements and those who are motivated to offer one-of-a-kind client experiences.

Open Road Associates' administration office supports the work of both Broadway Dance Center and BDC PILATES. It is a unique and dynamic environment that is the backbone of the entertainment world as well as wellness and culture.
